We are seeking a confident and self-motivated higher level teaching assistant (HLTA) to support our students in Maths. It would be an advantage to have either HLTA status or significant experience as a teaching assistant.

About Us

The Littlehampton Academy is a large academy with a core ethos that supports the development of both staff and students. We have recently been rated as Good in all areas by Ofsted.

Our HLTAs make an important contribution to the Maths Faculty, where they support our students in small groups or sometimes working with whole classes. We encourage our HLTAs to be involved in the wider life of the academy by taking part in trips and extra-curricular activities.

Full-time equivalent salary: £21,695 per annum
Actual Salary: £17,124 per annum £11.25 per hour; £1,427 per calendar month
Please Note: Term-time salaries are paid monthly over the length of employment, including over holiday periods
